Established in 1981, Stairworks is a family owned and operated manufacturer of custom stair and railing designs.

OUR QUALITY STORY

Our products are manufactured using the highest grade materials available. The majority of our stair and railing components are made from solid wood, giving every final piece not only an aesthetic advantage for colour matching, but a structural advantage as well. Our colour matching process is very precise. Our stock woods include four core species such as Pine, Maple, Red Oak, and Poplar (for painting). These materials are sourced from environmentally managed forests in North America. Exotic woods are imported to accommodate special requests.

Our Company has been in business since 1981, and over these many years our Team has developed, and maintained longstanding customer relationships based on TRUST, RELIABILITY, ACCOUNTABILITY, and EXPERIENCE.

OUR CLIENTS:

Stairworks is fortunate to work with, on average, over 300 customers each year. These customers include small volume, specialized custom home-builders, to large production scale homebuilders, to home owners and contractors throughout South Western Ontario.

In 2012 we had the honour of working with Lynda Reeves a leading Canadian designer, on one of the Princess Margaret Home Lottery projects. We collaborated with Lynda in creating a sleek, neo custom design newel post called the “Princess Margaret”. OUR DELIVERY

Don’t have a vehicle big enough to transport your stair order, but still want the DIY installation? No problem, our courteous staff can assist with that. You supply us with a specific delivery address, and we’ll deliver the product right to your doorstep.

INSTALLATION

Our company’s experienced personnel provide orderly and precise installations on all Stairworks product, with an impressive level of courtesy. All of our knowledgeable installers act in accordance with local building code.

diy - dO IT YOURSELF

If you're up to the task, and want to takle a stair & railing project yourself - Our clientele also have the option of picking up at our door. Stairworks personnel will be there to greet, help you load any product required upon arrival, and provide guidence as needed. The majority of our railing product is stocked and available for convenient pick up.

CONSULTING

Consulting services are available to those looking for design advice. With this service, (offering suggestions, troubleshooting problems and reviewing plans) all desired looks are easily obtained. Estimates and quotations are also available – free of charge.

PROJECT CAD & 3D RENDERS

We use the most up-to-date software programs when designing our stair & railing systems. If shop drawings are required for technical review, or a client simply wants to see what their stair system will look like before we produce a single part - This service is available.

CUSTOM

Our knowledgeable staff is able to take client concepts and transform them into reality. Send us an image from a magazine, draw us a picture - Whatever you can dream up, we can bring to life.

FREE ONSITE ESTIMATES

We offer FREE onsite estimates upon request. Our experience estimators will meet you on site to review your project needs.
